i was afraid to step in the ring and spar w/ my sifu and when i say spar i mean full contact spring b/c this 130lb asian man can kick me 15 feet away but he told me that if ur not afraid to fight me then ur not afraid to fight a mugger on the street so u hve to look @ ur fears this way the worst it can do to u is is hurt u it can’t kill u so u might as well try it anyways cause it is better to live life knowing u tryed it ounce then to live life wondering what could hve been
