How is your diet going in China!
What worked for me was eating any meal just until I did not feel hungry anymore and not eating when I did not felt hungry.
That worked very well. I could reduce my calorie intake by about 50%
Do you know the site http://www.goalsetting1.com. You can track goals with a graphical curve. Its fun to watch.
Another tip: When you start eating start with drinking water, then the salad and other low calorie food. The jucy steak should be the dessert, if you still would feel hungry.
