I went to my artist last Friday and told him what I wanted. I was very vague, and I gave him a lot of artistic freedom. I went in yesterday to look at what he had drawn, and I’m extremely happy with it. He’s doing a cover-up of one of my old tattoos, and he’s putting a bunch of gorgeous flowers on my back along with some nautical stars. It will take 3, possibly 4 sessions, but in the end it will be well worth the pain.
