Max OT blows :)

Max OT doesn’t really blow, of course. It’s just not for me right now. It’s way too hard to do properly and I can’t afford to do things improperly.

So, I’m doing a 3-day split with cardio every day. So my workout regimen looks a bit like this:

Monday : Cardio

Tues : Legs and back/cardio

Wed : Cardio

Thurs : Bis and Tris/cardio

Fri : Cardio

Sat : Chest/cardio

Sun : Cardio

We’ll see how this works.

I was going to cheer your goal, but it looks like you have dropped out. I’ve really been enjoying 43things, but I’ve made a point to visit at least twice weekly.

Thanks for the inspiration to come back :).

My lunchtime trips to the gym have fallen by the wayside, but I’ve replaced them with daily trips to a boxing gym before work.

This is working out much better. Now I just need to figure out a decent diet…

I started Weight Watchers recently. . .

I NEVER thought I would. But anyway, I’ve learned a LOT about a healty diet, healthy portions, and activity. You can find out a lot about this without joining. I’ve lost 13 pounds in 5 weeks. My goal is 50. If you want to, you can. Or as I always say: ifi12ican.
