I work at McDonald’s and I’ve never told off any of the poor miserable people there; however, at Denny’s I did it once and it felt soooo good. Upper management took my side so I didn’t even get in trouble. Unfortunately I’m much more OK with lower management than upper at this McDonalds.
I am upper management and even we have bosses too that we’d like to blow off! Way to go, Ricky! Maybe one day I’ll have the guts to do what you did!
