This post will be kinda short. Okay, I’ve cut back on my food intake, reincorporated an early morning (5am) exercise and have the support of many of my coworkers (the place where i eat, munch, snack and chow the most!). I watch my calories and have determined that I will do my best to keep BELOW 1500 calories a day (max is 2000, but SHHH I dont tell myself that!).
Sooooooo this is my current weight since I started blogging here 15 days ago (August 9, 2006) and I must say it’s not bad, but I need to push more… Here it is: 196.7!!! I lost about 3.3 in 15 days!!! okay, approximately 80 pounds more (116 is a GREAT weight)!! YIPPPEEEEEE!!
