I can find out my strength and weakness when I am going to lead myself. I can use my strength and remove the weakness.

on leading
that’s a food for thought.. a lot of ppl are afraid to find out their strengths and weaknesses, but it’s definitely cool u arent one of them.

thanks
this gives me something to think about, and share with my class.
This is a lovely way to word this goal
I support you wholeheartedly… Not that you need it, you wise self-leader you!
Identifying (honestly) one’s strengths and weaknesses is so empowering. I used to think that I could beef up (weird choice of words since I’m a vegetarian) my weak areas with practice, positive thinking et al… now I think, well, I’m gifted in some areas, and not in others. So my “removing” the weaknesses is sometimes by delegating or hiring someone else gifted in those areas (fixing things, bookkeeping). That allows me more time to focus on the strengths, the things only I in all the world can do (and was poerhaps put here to do).
But more than that, it’s looking to ONESELF for answers rather than someone else that I get from your wording of the goal, and that is just too good and so right-on.
