eat more raw fruit and vegetables (read all 2 entries…)
I have been doing well on this 3 years ago

I have been eating some dried fruit and nuts for snacks, which may be stretching the “raw” part. But have also been eating baby carrots and grapes. We will go on a road trip in September where this will really be tested, it is just too easy to eat at McDonalds. )-:

This is a great goal maybe I'll put this one on my list!

I bought a juicer, and juice vegetables. Celery, spinach, cucumbers. Sometimes I juice fruits…nice. I too know that this is the way God intended us to eat. I feel much better when I get raw foods in.
