I was at about 35% body fat about a year ago and now I’ve lost 5% body fat along with 11 lbs.
I’ve been doing cardio and lifting weights almost 2-3 times a week for a year now, but it my weight and body fat seems to be the same for awhile now.
I’m hoping to loose another 15% by next year along with 30lbs.
