step one: join local gym
step two: go to the gym everyday during vacation this week to get into the swing of things
step three: make weekly schedule of gym times and follow through
it sounds so easy, logical—one of those things i know that i want to do and have just not managed to pull off (time and time again)...here’s to the hope that this time will be different and the grit to make sure it is
