Peach Preserves, and cranberry Jam from an internet friend. Both from local farms… This is awsome. I think I’m going to make some icecream to celebrate.

From a very simple recipe, here’s a pic with the ‘new’ uncured icecream with a little preserves on top.
It was awsome.
