I was still tired today, but I had more strength and my emotions were so much better than yesterday. I was even able to go for a run! I am still waiting for all that incredible engergy that so many of you have mentioned. I had a few bm’s today, but I don’t know if they could count as a bm because there was nothing to them. Did anyone else have problems with this?
Tomorrow is day 5!! half way there!! I am excited to eat veggies, I even looked for vegan recipes today. So if anyone has any good ones, don’t hesitate to send them my way=) Well the weekend has arrived and I am going to sleep and go for a long bike ride tomorrow. Keep drinking folks!!!
