If you can try to do an overnight trip. Rafting usually comes with excellent food, so hopefully you’ll be well fed.
These are the rivers I’ve been on and I recommend them all especially the beautiful Rogue:

Rogue River in southern OR
Deschutes River OR
Mackenzie River OR
Salmon River ID
Missouri River MT

Not really

I put the Rogue first because that’s been my favorite. Then yes probably the Salmon. I’ve never been disappointed on any trip.
