walk away the pounds is a workout program designed by leslie sansone. you walk in place, indoors, with a video. you walk, do sidesteps, kickbacks, kicks, kneelifts, and arm movements. it’s pretty much the most amazing workout program i’ve ever done. i lost between 15 and 20 pounds when i was 16 doing this. i’d like to do it again.
