celebrate your ‘half’ birthday,
I celebrate it every year... 3 years ago

although no one ever seems to want to celebrate with me—except when I was 5 1/2, and my great-aunt made me a half-a-birthday cake when we visited her in Kansas on that day!!!

Your half birthday is almost on my birthday…and my half birthday is almost on your birthday!! How cool is that?? O.K…it is a 9 day difference, but that’s pretty darn close!!

My girls always celebrate their half birthdays too. I might just have to give them a half cake though next time!

We also celebrate a “non-birthday” each year too. I use to surprise them and take them out of school on their “non-birthday” and do something special for them. They loved it!
