i just started running a few days ago…and i get tired after just a 1/2 mile….does anyone have a good plan on how to adjust to running longer distances??
Just keep running more and more everyday. Even if you get cramps, don’t allow yourself to stop. Everytime you stop in the middle of a run, it’s harder to start up again. So before your run, set a distance and don’t stop until you achieve it. Good luck.!
