find that wacky, seemingly mythical headspace people talk about where exercising becomes enjoyable (read all 3 entries…)

but i’m going, something is clearly better than nothing in this case…i’ve been to the gym every day but two since signing up and though i haven’t transcended to some higher body-and-adrenalin-loving plane, i’m committed to seeing this through…in fact i think i’m a wee bit proud that i’ve finally managed to do this (the build-up was long and for awhile this seemed an insurmountable goal for me)...wahoo(ish)!

You could try yoga…. exercise, for sure, but also enjoyable, relaxing, etc….?
