don't delay
the difficulty of reading Ulysses is overrated, methinks. its towering reputation in twentieth century letters has obscured the felicitous fact that it is a rollicking, bawdy, irreverent and spectacular read. bravo! and enjoy…
incidentally, the best edition of the text, for my money, is that published by Worlds Classics and edited by Jeri Johnson, ‘Ulysses: The 1922 Text.’ the commentary is fabulous, non-didactic, erudite and eminently readable.
