There are so many flowers, herbs, fungi and other things that are growing all around us. I want to learn what they are, and recognise more of the stuff.

For example, I want to learn how to spot elderflower, so I can grab it and use it to flavour stuff. I also want to learn what mushrooms I can pick and eat without killing myself. I also want to know the names of the countless wild flowers I see on my walks.

This knowledge seems to be less widespread than I imagine it was 50 years ago.
