Hopped on the scales today and I’ve lost 700grams (or 1.5lbs). Not a huge loss but a loss nonetheless. I’m happier about the new routines I’ve put into effect, like bringing in healthy lunches (rather than succumbing to the office cafeteria and its lure of french fries) and organising a weekly delivery of organic fruit and veggies, which means I don’t have to food shop as often and can resist temptation!

.....what I would do just to lose 1 pound at this point. Why to I continue to fail myself?
Note To Self: Must start writing in diary again so I dont feel completely out of my mind all the time…

Love the delivery idea and removing self from temptation. That’s a good point; I also tend to sabotage healthy decisions when surrounded by mega menus or buffets. Hmmm – must find that service in DC. It must be out there somewhere. Congrats on the 1.5 lbs.
Do you have a harris teeter?
If you do they have an online shopping page. You can pick a store in your area that offers this service. You shop online for what you want then you go to the store and they have already sent someone to shop for you. That way you only have whats on your list. I think thats how it works i haven’t tried it yet but thats what it sounds like. If you don’t have one maybe another store does something similar in your area.
