I just finished the 20th book in the Aubrey/Maturin series, nothing left there but 21 (the unfinished novel O’brian died writting). Next up “The Golden Ocean”

Just read HMS Surprise. I don’t know if I’ll make time in my life for all of them, but I’m enjoying them so far. My dad and I are both reading them.
We volunteer at the San Diego Maritime Museum where the Surprise from the movie is docked. Hopefully we’ll get to go sailing on her sometime in the next year or two!
