Drinking more water is so worth it! It makes you go pee more, but it’s worth it. On hot days, it’s the thing to drink, other flavored liquids just make me more thirsty.

The Alien Rangers needed water to stay on Earth, without water they’re energy goes down and start feeling weak. As a Power Ranger, I feel like that’s the only thing that brings my energy back after a fight with Zedd’s monsters.
