I definitely know that I need to get to bed early to be able to get up with the alarm goes off. I did good this weekend. I had three days that I had 8+ hours of sleep and I was before or when the alarm went off. Today was not good. With less than 6 hours of sleep, I turned off the alarm a few times before having to rush out of bed and get to the doctor’s office. :(
