I weighed myself this morning and was relieved to see that I’ve gained 1 lb. (out of the 10 lbs.I lost)
I’ve been eating pretty “clean”.
No white flour products, as well as no white potatos,rice,reg. pasta and naturally no “goodies”.
I’m following the Suzanne somers “Sommersize” diet plan where basically you don’t mix protein w/carbs.(has to do w/insulin)
I’ll keep you posted on my wt. loss:)
So this wt. gain of only a lb. leaves me to believe that if you eat healthy, you WON”T GAIN BACK 1/2 the wt. you’ve lost as suggested in the book.
I also induldge in 1 cup of reg. coffee every morning, just couldn’t stand the decaff. taste.
