I am sooo guilty of this. And it seems there’s no end in sight for me, but I would so love to help others achieve this—if possible. I think there’s no hope for me, however. I have no confidence, no self-worth, and I’m scared of everyone/everything.

I’m scared too… I think most people are more or less scared. But just because we’re scared, doesn’t mean we can’t do things.
I think there’s hope, I think you can do it. :)

believe it or not, I JUST found this (and another comment) buried in my inbox. It must be God leading me … I’ve had a miserable few days lately (long story which no one is interested in) and I suddenly find this today? I appreciate the comment, my self-esteem is in the depths of despair. It means so much to me that you commented, gave me a little hope.
