I’ve been sleeping like a baby this week and perhaps it’s from the Cabbage Soup Diet I’ve been trying? I’ve even been getting in bed prior to 11:30 most nights! And, I’ve not really been waking up in the middle of the night. I’ll wake up once in the late morning and then go back to sleep for an hour until my alarm goes off!
I’ll have to learn from this week and determine what things I’ve done differently. Well, I haven’t had near as much calories as I usually would. Plus, I haven’t been eating snacks or drinking diet beverages or tea close to bedtime.
Could one of these habits be the thing preventing me from a good nights sleep?
One thing is for sure, if the bloke in the picture was here right now I’d get a MUCH better nights sleep. He’s cuddling our Little Bear baby… too cute!
