Find something you like eg: if you like to read join a book club or exchange…
or valenteer for a coause you like…
go take a class in school!
and make some friend! it’s hard when your shy or feelilng down!
so be happy because honesly no one wants to make a new friend who is walking with their face down and isn’t smiling!
i know i wouldn’t!
but ask quesitions and be courious when you do find someone so you can keep them in your life!
