I went to the dentist the other day and they wanted to fix these little pits at the top of my two front teeth. NO ONE has ever noticed them before, not me, not even the dentist himself. He says it’s not a cavity, just an irregularity that he wants to patch up. I was like, “No!” I don’t need that fixed, it’s fine the way it is, and I don’t want to go through the trouble of having my teeth filled when they’re perfectly healthy and the only reason to do it is cosmetic! If I cared about cosmetics, I would be doing something about my eyeteeth, not stupid little dents no one will ever notice! Of course, I didn’t say it quite that forcefully, so they made me an appointment anyways, but my mom is going to talk to them and see exactly how neccessary this is. There is just no reason to fix that!
