The pattern was 90 seconds of jogging followed by 120 seconds of walking. I went roughly a mile and a third in that time and I did it after a full day of work which is the bigger acheivement. Even though I’m running in good shoes on a rubberized track, my knees are sore. Not enough to stop me; just enough to whimper about a little.
