So I spent ages trying to find someone who’d recently updated their wish list and so, presumably, was likely to still live at the address they’d registered with Amazon and want the items on their wish list.
I eventually managed to find someone who’d only just been updating her wish list and has a birthday coming up. So, wishlist items are on their way!
It feels very weird and very random and very worth doing.

I was surprised when some of my wishlist items arrived a couple of days after I set it up on Amazon. I thought my friends and relatives must have been super efficient but it was a lovely surprise to find that a total stranger had sent us some books.
My son loves ‘That’s not my Robot’ and I will be remind of this random act of kindness as I read my book.
