Doesn’t that feel weird, being watched? (I can’t see you right now, but I guess I could if I waited around long enough.) Do you have to remind yourself not to pick your nose or scratch your rear? (Not that you would, of course, because you have good manners, but you know what I mean.) I don’t think I could put a webcam in my office. How does it feel? Do you forget it’s there or does its presence alter your behavior in any way?
It changes my behaviour a little
Like, I’ll try and smooth down the bed-head in the morning a bit.
But other than that, I don’t do much different. I tend to forget about it.
It only takes a picture every two minutes, so 1) Chances are you won’t see me, and 2) if you do see me, then probably I’m just staring at the screen.
The probability that you catch me picking my nose is, therefore, very very small.
But really, it’s mostly just for friends and family. It’s a neat way to stay a bit more connected to them. And also, sometimes I’ll try and do something fun for my nightly sign-off, which is more likely to be seen, because the last picture is up for longer.
