Very very cool. My foot doctor gave me an injection into the joint and now I can walk normal again. I did a walk from home to the mall last night with my son. It was awesome to be able to get out and walk a distance again!

I had knee surgery last year… just as I was getting back into hiking. It is such a pain anda discouragement sometimes!!
However a year later, I have eased into hiking, and accomplished a lot in regards to my weight loss goals.
I agree! Fat! Take that!!!!
