i have been through periods, during my alcoholism and afterwards, of hiding from people at the door. because i was so in debt the bailiffs or the legalised loan-sharks would be around. or in this past year i’ve hidden from some1 occasionally because i didn’t want 2 see them. such a cowardly thing 2 do, i know.
