workout in the morning

I have never been a morning person, and I’ve never been a big fan of physical activity. I go to the gym and have a trainer, but I always plan my social activities after work which means I don’t work out as often as I should. (I need to for my heart and my honeymoon.)

I want to start doing cardio before work at least twice a week.

I dont have a personal trainer,
but i do need to get out and exercise more!

Before work is a great idea, i just need to get up earlier… and there is the problem…
