So I'm currently in Austria... on backpack through Europe on 43 Things

So I'm currently in Austria... 3 years ago

I left America on Sept 12th and I’m here until December 15th. It’s been the time of my life. I’ve learned a lot about myself and life in general. Like when I ran out of money in Amsterdam and ended up spending a few nights on the street and then found a job and made it so I could afford to keep on going. The people here are amazingly nice and will help you out as long as you seem nice enough. This has definitely been an experience that will change my life.

I’m in Austria right now. I’m hosteling around. I made a lot of money in Amsterdam so I’m good till I hit Rome and work there. I’m from St.Louis. It’s a good fucking time.

amazing. i was hoping to work my way across europe. im also hoping to go for at least 4 months starting in spring. its really cool to be able to hear frist hand about what’s really up. like some people have told me its cheaper to bus train passes as you need them than to get an all you can ride. ive also heard thats its waaay cheap to fly around europe.
good luck and keep in touch. id liek to hear more and maybe ask you a few questions before i go. like, what kind of work have you done? what about the party scenes? anyway good luck and drop a line
