PRIL79 thinking ... (don't you see the smoke)
1. smoking <- NO MORE I QUIT!
2. Goofing off at work/like now
3. picking my skin psorisis
4. waking up happy with a clean slate!
5. smile when people look at me
6. get a cup of coffee in the mornings
7. be lazy after work
8. going to buy 1 pack of smokes every night <—NOPE I LIFE A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE NOW
9. thinking i have to go above and beyond to be accepted
10. not take my time with my thoughts
11. to be in a hurry when some states what i all ready know
12. to ponder on differnt ways to do things
13. to feel like i’m accepted by others! I feel like that is needed even though it’s allready givin!
14. to look at my life
15. to not make a full choice for myself!
16. to start a lot of projects
17. the thinking prossess of being the victom
18. to be defencsive
19. to do things untill i become overwhelmed. eg: self improvement wow i got a lot to do and right now its overwhelming i’m not doing anything about it!
20. brush my teeth in morning
21. brush hair in morning
23. to be prepared
Now once i feel that this is done I can start building new habits and write them out ummm accully that’s the next thing on myu list!
