I’m down 32.8 pounds! :D I’ve been losing weight like crazy since I bought a cheap portable DVD player. In the morning I do an hour on the elliptical trainer and in the evening I do another hour (this one less intense) on our treadmill at home, all the time watching my Netflix stuff on the DVD. I never knew when I signed up for Netflix what a big help it would be in my weight loss plan! The only thing is I’m going to have to start getting more DVDs!
Also, I try to eat Smart Start cereal every day for breakfast and dinner. I don’t always succeed, but when I do it’s a great way to get lots of fiber and protein for few calories. Total and Low Carb Special K have even more fiber and protein, but Smart Start tastes much better.
I’m the one on the right in the picture. We’re celebrating at Outback. See, dieting hasn’t ruined all my fun!
