loose 75 lbs

The gym and dieting. Ugh. I have at least 60 lbs to loose before my wedding in April and I’m getting desperate. I’m Currently at 200 (I’ve lost 25 lbs in the last year) I’m re-starting the Phentermine Rx..and I’ve cut out refined sugars, refined starches and heavy carbs not from Veggies or fruit. I’m bumping up the protein (chicken, fish) and cutting my alochol intake big time. I’m not eating anything after 6 PM (which is going to be hard) and I’m walking at least a mile everynight before I hit the sack… THe gym is going to be a challenge, I hate it, and I hate working out in front of people…but I’m trying. Every morning at 4:00 AM to 5:15 AM 5 days per week….I’m planning on going twice a day on those few days I have a lot of energy. I spend 20 min on a slight incline at about 3.5 MPH on the tredmill..then 20 Min on a #4 resistance on the stationary bike..and if I can build up the nerve, I want to try the stair master…we’ll see. On top of this, I’m trying to walk at least 3 miles a day at work. Yikes…I’ve got to get through this, I hate that I’m doing this alone and I just want my old 125 LB body back!!!
