run a 5k, 10K, half marathon, marathon, triathlon (read all 2 entries…)
Just started running again .... 3 years ago

This time with a GOAL! I’ve never been good at it, but I do feel good when I run. I’m not getting any younger, though, so I have started out pretty easy: with the the Couch-to-5K Plan (www.coolrunning.com) and Jeff Galloway’s run/walk plan. I could probably do a 5K now, so I guess I should just find one and sign up, huh??
