I think there are times when we all do this, but I am doing it less: concentrating on what I can do and not on what I can’t. Also, it helps when someone is inconsiderate (maybe unknowingly) or rude to tell yourself that you do not deserve that, but that you will have a forgiving attitude- but I think it is very important not to forget that first part- otherwise there would be nothing to forgive! :) Peace.
