Run again, Longer Stronger, Efficiently and sans pain (read all 6 entries…)

i ran for 20 minutes on monday! no pain during the run, though some soreness in my injury-area an hour or so later. still, it’s progress. excited to continue to build the momentum.

still doing my PT exercises, trying to strengthen that darn left side! yoga’s helping with the range of motion.

Eh, wellunderstood, it’s happy days when you can run sans pain. Keep it up if you can but always be gracious to your body.
