my housemate and i are working on it together. cool thing is we are using google docs to collaborate so we can work from anywhere.
Not only am I writng a novel/screenplay but I have a partner. He and I are net and tech fiends and we both love Google. Why not use that as a colab effort on the screenplay? Absolutely brilliant. I wish you the best and i hoe this inspires my hopelessly idealistic friend.
