Here are the rules

Half an hour around 3 or 4 pm, another half hour at night, to do personal/silly/extraneous stuff.

If I have to get online for a specific task (e.g. husband needs a search for work), I set the timer for fifteen minutes and track myself.

If I need more time for personal stuff I (yes) set an appointment and a limit.
