Having got a provisional UK license 10 years ago, and then subsequently had 10 lessons with the Worst Intructor In The World™, I didn’t think I’d need to go through this stage again. Unfortunately I think it’s gone walkabout…and it was in at least 8 pieces anyway. After a quick search of the DVLA website and a chat with a very nice girl on the phone it seems that everything license based can be solved with a D1 form.

So, a search tonight for a missing license, and then form filling on the morrow.

I also looked at lesson prices…they’ve about doubled since I last looked. This is rather off putting.
