Once when I was working for a caterer I discovered that any left over food had to be thrown away by law. I was absolutely appalled that perfectly good, delicious food had to be destroyed instead of given to our homeless and needy people.

Our government and social services think if the needy have rice, beans and huge blocks of cheese they can continue to work. Our social services for our children are among the worst in the world despite our affluence.

I am 100% dedicated to providing good nutrition to everyone.
