I think I may have decided on Portland, OR as my new home, now I just need to figure out when I will be financially ready to move there. :) I feel like it is going to feel like home, which is strange, I have never been there. I read that the main mode of transportation there is by bicycle. That makes me happy. It seems like the people that live there are very fashionable and that they care about the environment. Also, I love cold weather and rain. :)

its a prety place if you like rain 10 months a year.
we get about 15 days of 90+ degree days in the summer… half a month of decent weather in a year…
that sucks!
i wanna move somewhere warm, and sunny!
Portland is a decient city, you may like it a lot!
P.S. although hippies and some people who live and work in downtown may use their bikes a lot, car traffic is still the main mode of transportation, and it makes for a lot of traffic problems.
