11/05/06 Cooked chili for dinner. Used dry black beans. They cooked forever but still retained a grainy almost crunchy texture. Did not use wine, enough beef broth or enough meat. Not my best effort.
11/15/06 Chili for lunch. Used ground Buffalo. Fried the chili sause, then browned the meat with garlic and deglazed the pan with Georges Dubeouf Chiroubles. Also used canned tomatoes & green chilies and parsley.
