i’ll start worrying about this after i can wake up on time and not be late for stuff

This is kind of like someone learning how to drive saying, “I’ll learn what those pedal-things do after I get my driver’s license.”

In my experience, meditation is the number one ingredient for any success or self-improvement.

It can improve you so much, on so many levels, that if you can meditate deeply, you might:

  • Take less time to do things, because you’re more focused.
  • Naturally have a better sense of time, because you more naturally live in harmony with the outer world. (Really!)
  • Need less sleep, because you are more relaxed when you sleep and therefore sleep more soundly. (I haven’t experienced this myself, but friends of mine have told me about it.)

Meditation is what brings your life together. It isn’t something that you do after you get your life together.
