My relatively meager advice to a fellow writer: simply quiet down. The words will come to you and when they do, you’ll know it. Stop meaning to be a creator of beautiful things and start being an instrument why which beautiful things are brought to bear. I’m still trying to teach myself the same kind of thing, but it seems to be much more productive than the opposite.
