stop binge-eating (read all 13 entries…)
well yay for me 1 year ago

So i’ve gotten better, Alot better about binging, i’m well on my way to eating normal again, thank god, i still have my moments but i’m hopefully definatly over my gorging binge eating! It might be from me realizing that sometimes i eat just cause it’s “time” to eat. Like at lunch tie. For the last 2 weeks i haven’t taken a lunch and every so often is someone didn’t want part of theirs i would take it and eat it was a snack, i’m never really hungry at lunch time so i solved that problem. And avoiding going home after school really helped me too. and i decided that i would try to when i immediatly got home start taking my dog for a walk. That seemed to get my mind off of food for a while. I’m still not losing weight but i’m not binging so there’s thenext step but atleast i got this far!!
